1. Commitment
Harbinger Bros. LLC is committed to making harbingerstandard.com accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Access to independent journalism about Africa must be universal.
2. Standards
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA, Title III ADA compliance, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) requirements for EU users.

4. Known Limitations
Some older archived articles may contain images without complete alt text. We are addressing these systematically. Embedded third-party content, where present, may not fully meet our accessibility standards.
5. Assistive Technology Testing
We have tested with NVDA + Firefox, NVDA + Chrome, VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) + Safari, TalkBack (Android) + Chrome, and keyboard-only navigation on major browsers.
