Understandable (Principle 3)
Page language declared (lang="en", WCAG 3.1.1); consistent navigation position (WCAG 3.2.3); clear error messages in forms (WCAG 3.3.1).

4. Known Limitations
Older imported articles may lack image alternative text (being addressed progressively). Some imported tables may lack complete header markup. Third-party embedded content cannot be guaranteed accessible. Linked PDFs are not guaranteed to be accessible.
