US users: Wyoming law; AAA arbitration in Sheridan, WY; class action and jury trial waived.
EU users: Wyoming law subject to mandatory EU consumer protections; Brussels Ibis Art. 18; ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
UK users: Consumer Rights Act 2015; UK courts.
African users: Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable African national law.
8. Section 230 CDA
Where users submit content, we are entitled to protection under 47 U.S.C. § 230 as an interactive computer service provider.
